I observed the following as I was present during this time:

• Care was taken to ensure that work practices where conducted safely.
• The furniture was accurately built and fitted according to original measurements.
• His communication skills were effective in explaining issues and seeking to maximize customer satisfaction.  He was clear and concise in giving direction to staff.
• It is obvious that the job was well planned and it was executed without modification.
• The job was completed in a timely manner, and all debris was removed.

Whilst I am not qualified in this industry, I regularly observe off site construction shopfitters and cabinet makers, where I am employed by an Australian Apprenticeships Centre to complete paperwork registration. I also hold a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

I am very happy with the result of this project, and I wish Jeff success in this industry.

• The furniture was built and installed to agreed terms and measurements.
• He was adaptable in working with and around other tradesman to ensure completion upon agreed terms.
• He communicated effectively drawing attention to any issues that may arise, and seeking to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. He was clear and concise with his explanations in relation to design flaws. He was also contactable if we had questions, this highlighted his flexibility and his drive for customer satisfaction.
• The work was completed by the agreed date at the premises, and leftover materials were removed.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of Jeff's work and wish him future success in the industry.
